It reflects his 50 years working with and learning from colleagues in all sectors around the world on complex, multi-stakeholder challenges and opportunities. 2000-2004
Don Simpson, Jan Simpson, Steve Murgatroyd and Keith Jones formally codified, tested, and evolved the CDS methodology into a Learning Program focused on principles of collaborative leadership with a series of self-learning modules and an extensive set of support materials.
2004-2014
CDS is applied and refined with clients, practitioners, and learners in a wide variety of challenge areas, sectors, and locations throughout North America and the world.
2014-Present
Keith Jones and Tom Ogaranko founded the Pathfinder Network as a way to bring together the CDS methodology, Applications, Learning Program, and a growing group of CDS practitioners.
