Drive Breakthrough Performance In Your Organization

Learn the fundamentals to facilitate, enable and empower transformative change through our Foundation Learning Program.

The FLP is a requirement for any individuals or groups who want to:

  • undertake the CDS Action Learning Program option

  • use CDS in project work with their own clients or in their own organization

  • prepare themselves to become an accredited CDS Practitioner and join project delivery teams of the Challenge Dialogue System Network (CDS Network)

The Foundation Learning Program (FLP) provides learners with the fundamentals for utilizing CDS. It is designed to help participants understand the proven power and practice of the Challenge Dialogue System®(CDS) which can be applied in five different ways to drive breakthrough performance. The FLP uses one of these applications — the organization and operation of a challenge-focused, time-based Challenge Dialogue (CD) — as the focal point for introducing learners to the principles, processes, tools, and other specialized resources of CDS.

Learn from Anywhere.

Weekly online webinars cover course material with other team members and homework can be tackled from anywhere, on your own time.

Addressing complex challenges requires engagement of diverse minds. CDS provides the structure to do just that in a productive way that moves to action. The results are often astounding and can create breakthroughs in situations where the result of a more traditional approach would just be for people to agree to meet again.
